Your first payment is charged when you place your order. Renewal payments follow the billing cycle of the plan you select (see the important information below).
The dedicated sensor included with the 5-Year Plan ships within 2–3 business days of your order.

The AI Coaching continuation plan, for customers who already own the KINETIC LAB-Link dedicated sensor.

[Important information about the subscription]

All plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Until you cancel, your registered credit card is charged automatically on the following cycle.
- 6-Month Plan: every 1 month
- Annual Plan: every 12 months
- 3-Year Plan: every 36 months
- 5-Year Plan: every 60 months
Amount charged: please see the price shown for the plan you select above. Renewal amounts and full details are listed in the Legal notice (Act on Specified Commercial Transactions).
Minimum term: the 6-Month Plan requires 6 billing cycles including the first. The Annual, 3-Year and 5-Year plans have no minimum term.
How to cancel: you can cancel or change your plan from My Page (for the 6-Month Plan, after the minimum term). Please complete this by the day before your next renewal date. If you have trouble, contact us via the contact form or at customer_link@kinetic-lab.com.
Shipping of the dedicated sensor: the sensor included with the 5-Year Plan is shipped with your first order only. Renewals are billed without a further shipment.
