Dedicated sensor shipping update: orders now ship within 2–3 business days

The KINETIC LAB-Link dedicated sensor, which had been scheduled to ship during September 2026, is now shipping within 2–3 business days of your order. The same applies to the Starter Set, the Sensor Head (Replacement), B-TUBE and our care items (ALA TR Gel, Kinetic Balm, Rinne).

When your order ships, we send a shipping notice to the email address you registered at checkout. For the Starter Set and the AI Coaching Continuation Plan, your AI Coaching activation code is delivered by email after you order.
