| Shipping fees | ・Japan: free ・South Korea / Taiwan: ¥2,200 per order ・United States: ¥4,200 per order ・Canada / Mexico: ¥4,400 per order ・Subscription products (KINETIC LAB-Link Starter Set and AI Coaching Continuation Plan) ship free to all of the destinations above. Other products in the same order are charged at the rates above. |
| Shipping timing | ・Japan: physical products ship within 1–3 business days after your order and payment are confirmed. ・Outside Japan: physical products ship within 5–8 business days after your order and payment are confirmed. Timing may vary with stock, weather or transport conditions. If a product page states its own shipping schedule (for example, pre-order items), that schedule takes precedence. |
| Carriers and tracking | We ship with Japan Post and other carriers. When your order ships, we send a shipping notice with a tracking number to your registered email address. |
| Shipments from Amazon warehouses (Japan) | For orders shipped within Japan, some products (such as ALA TR Gel, Kinetic Balm and B-TUBE) ship from an Amazon fulfilment warehouse. These arrive in Amazon packaging and do not include a packing slip (your order details are in your order confirmation email). Depending on your order, items may arrive in separate packages (no additional shipping fee). |
| International orders | ・United States: estimated import duties are added at checkout and prepaid by us when your order ships, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. ・Other countries and regions: any import duties, taxes or similar charges in the destination are the customer’s responsibility and are paid on delivery. Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance. |
| AI Coaching (digital service) | No shipping is involved. Account information is sent to your registered email address after purchase so you can start using it promptly. |
