All AI Coaching products in this store are subscriptions that renew and charge automatically until you cancel. ■ Renewal cycle and amount charged on renewal [KINETIC LAB-Link Starter Set] ・6-Month Plan: first payment ¥35,000 (includes the dedicated sensor) → then ¥5,000 every 1 month ・Annual Plan: first payment ¥84,000 → then ¥54,000 every 12 months ・3-Year Plan: first payment ¥130,000 → then ¥108,000 every 36 months ・5-Year Plan: first payment ¥150,000 → then ¥150,000 every 60 months [AI Coaching Continuation Plan] ・6-Month Plan: ¥5,000 every 1 month ・Annual Plan: ¥54,000 every 12 months ・3-Year Plan: ¥108,000 every 36 months ・5-Year Plan: ¥150,000 every 60 months ■ Minimum term The 6-Month Plan (both the Starter Set and the AI Coaching Continuation Plan) requires 6 billing cycles including the first. The Annual, 3-Year and 5-Year plans have no minimum term. ■ How to cancel You can cancel or change your plan from My Page (for the 6-Month Plan, after the minimum term). Please complete this by the day before your next renewal date. If you have trouble, contact customer_link@kinetic-lab.com or use the contact form. After cancelling, you can keep using the service until the period you have already paid for ends. ■ Shipping of the dedicated sensor The dedicated sensor included with every Starter Set plan, and with the 5-Year AI Coaching Continuation Plan, is shipped with your first order only. It is not shipped again on renewal; renewals are billed only. ■ Total amount payable Because the subscription renews automatically, the amounts above recur for as long as you continue. The total depends on how long you use the service. |
| Delivery timing | Physical products ship within 1–3 business days after your order and payment are confirmed (may vary with stock, weather or transport conditions). If a product page states its own shipping schedule, that schedule takes precedence; please check each product page before ordering. For AI Coaching (cloud service; digital services such as KINETIC LAB-Link), account information is sent to your registered email address after purchase so you can start using it promptly. |
| Returns and exchanges (customer’s circumstances) | Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the customer’s own reasons. For AI Coaching (cloud service) and other digital services, we do not accept cancellation, refund or term changes after use has begun or the licence has been granted (except where required by law). For subscription cancellation, please see "Subscriptions" above. We cannot refund periods already paid for. |
| Returns and exchanges (defective or wrong item) | Please contact customer_link@kinetic-lab.com within 8 days of delivery. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund at our expense. We cannot accept requests after 8 days, so please check your item soon after it arrives. |
