This policy sets out the automatic renewal, minimum term and cancellation terms for subscription products sold at KINETIC LAB STORE.
1. Products covered
The following products are subscriptions that renew and charge automatically, on every plan, until you cancel.
- KINETIC LAB-Link Starter Set (6-Month / Annual / 3-Year / 5-Year Plan)
- KINETIC LAB-Link AI Coaching Continuation Plan (6-Month / Annual / 3-Year / 5-Year Plan)

All prices include consumption tax. Because subscriptions renew automatically, the amounts above recur for as long as you continue. The total amount you pay depends on how long you use the service.
3. Minimum term
The 6-Month Plan (both the Starter Set and the AI Coaching Continuation Plan) requires 6 billing cycles (6 months), including the first.
You cannot cancel during the minimum term. The Annual, 3-Year and 5-Year Plans have no minimum term.

4. How to cancel
- You can cancel at any time from My Page (for the 6-Month Plan, after the minimum term).
- Please cancel by the day before your next renewal date. Requests made on or after the renewal date take effect from the following renewal.
- If you have trouble cancelling from My Page, please use the contact form or email customer_link@kinetic-lab.com.
5. After cancellation
- You can keep using the service until the period you have already paid for ends.
- We do not provide pro-rata refunds for cancellation part-way through a period that has already been paid for.
- For when your activation code expires, please check the information shown in the AI Coaching app.
6. Shipping of the dedicated sensor
- The dedicated sensor included with every Starter Set plan, and with the 5-Year AI Coaching Continuation Plan, is shipped with your first order only.
- The sensor is not shipped again on renewal; renewals are billed only.
7. Changing your payment method / failed payments
- If a renewal payment fails, for example because your credit card has expired, we will contact you at your registered email address.
- If your payment method is not updated within a certain period, your subscription may be stopped automatically.
